Pickle roll ups with chipped beef, safe??

Question

So I have read that lunch meats are not safe during pregnancy due to the bacteria listeria.  I have had an enormous craving for pickle rolls ups with cream cheese wrapped in chipped beef! This passed weekend I had some cheese ball with chipped beef and it never crossed my mind that it may be unsafe.  Any advice on eating pickle roll ups? I may be a little heart broken if it's frowned upon due to my intense craving. Thanks ladies!

After my appointment yesterday I ask my doctor about the deli meat situation.  She said it would be fine to eat packaged meat as long as it's eaten within 7 days and stored correctly.  Also she said to only by meat from deli if they cut it in front of you.  My pickle roll ups were just fine! :)

I just heat up my lunch meat. As long as it's been heated to steaming it's fine! Many days a sandwich is all I can stomach. Anything healthy right now makes me throw up at the sight/smell unfortunately. I put a bowl of water in microwave to steam the meat so it doesn't dry out. I make hot sandwiches but it's fine if it cools and use it too. I don't know what pickle rolls are :/, so can't help much there.

I believe anything in moderation is fine. I read that a certain European country frowns upon raw veggies and fruit during pregnancy, in the states that's recommended for nutritious reasons. Who really knows, I've had friends eating sushi, drinking wine, eating jimmy johns, and lots of other things that are "not recommended" while pregnant. It's just you take a chance of possibly getting listeria, so be smart and reasonable.
