Cold Lunch Ideas

Help ladies! I need some main dish cold Lunch Ideas for my stepdaughter. She isn't allowed to have peanut butter or strawberries in her classroom and I just found out that when sending a lunch with her, she can't have anything that needs to be warmed up either. I was going to send her a slice of leftover pizza from today but she said they don't have microwaves and can't warm anything up. Which takes out a TON of options I feel like. I'm sending her a ham and cheese sandwich but other than lunchables, I'm drawing a blank on ideas. I always send her with fruits and veggies as well but I can't think of much for main dish ideas. I was thinking spaghetti o's, easy macs and almost any other leftovers but usually that stuff will have to be warmed up. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated! Thank you so much!!
