AF after 5pm

So AF showed her ugly face yesterday, it was really dark around 5 or 6. My question is, does this make yesterday CD1 or is it today, since I got it so late???? I'm going to start taking my 2nd round of Clomid but idk if I start it tomorrow or the day after???? TIA
