Nipple Piercings

I’m going to be 18w on Wednesday, I have my nipples pierced when did you all take your out? My dr said 36w at the latest but I want to make sure they are healed/closed by the time I have my baby so I can breast feed. I asked my dr before I got them done if I would still be able to breast feed and she said yes as long as they were pierced correctly and didn’t get infected which both are the case for me. Just wanting to know the appropriate/right time to take them out!
