Do you think it’s okay that some clothing stores make XL and up sizes more expensive than “normal” sizes?

I work in a clothing store where after S, M, and L sizes, the XL and up are almost $30 more expensive! I understand that it’s more fabric and blah blah blah, but to me I think it is absolutely ridiculous. It hardly costs the company more, if any, to make those sizes. What do you ladies think? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think since it does use more fabric and (maybe) costs more to ship since (maybe) less items can fit in a box because of the size, I think pricing them a bit more is reasonable. My jeans are over $100 because I am 6’2 where most females jeans are $50 or less and I don’t complain
