How long do you normally bleed for?

My son is a week old today an I noticed that I'm not bleeding anymore. Is this normal or will I start bleeding again?? How long is bleeding suppose to last for ? And after I'm done bleeding will I get my period next month?

I am still bleeding. Sometimes it is brownish and other times red. I am sure my stitches haven't dissolved yet. I would like to stop bleeding soon. I feel as though the pad irritates me down there even more. We are now 2 weeks and 2 days post partum.

I had my son on the 25th of march and I'm still bleeding and My stitches are just now starting to come out. The blood is now brown so I'm assuming it's all about to stop..but I did bleed then one day there would be nothing...I would keep a pad on no matter what just in case until your 6wk appointment

I'm 4 weeks post pardum and I'm still bleeding. What gives?

I bled for about 2 weeks then stopped for almost a week then started again.... It's not spotting but it's not like a period.... I wish it would stop soon it's driving me crazy and I hate pads so much!!

Ugh hopefully soon. I hate wearing pads. They are so hot and gross, I feel like  more irritated down there. It's only been two weeks for me

Exactly for five weeks. had a vaginal birth. but for the last 2 weeks there was almost no blood but other yellowish stuff😏
