Head tilts?

My babies head tilts to one side, he can turn his head to the opposite side but doesn't do it too often. Does anyone have any suggestion on exercises to do with him?

how old? apparently birth can be hard on baby's skeletal system. Chiropractors and osteopaths can help to gently align them again if it is dramatic.

My daughter had torticollis. I propped her up to her side with her head on the boppy pillow to stretch out her neck. It was corrected super quickly. Obviously this was instructed by her pediatrician so don't do anything without talking to the pediatrician first😊

Sounds like torticollis. My son has it. I’d recommend talking to your doctor and they will probably have you take him to therapy. My son is in therapy right now for it. There’s a few stretches you can do. And you want to fix it ASAP because it can cause plagiocephaly otherwise (flat spot on head). Google exercises to do for torticollis. They suggest doing it during every diaper change. One is to turn your babies head the direction he has a hard time turning it and hold it on that position for about 30 seconds and the other is to tilt his head the opposite way that he automatically tilts it and again hold for 30 seconds.
