Sexual past

I've been with my bf for about 4 months now, so not that long, but we both have a great connection so far. We both enjoy each other's company, love hanging out with each other, studying together (we're both in college), etc.

The problem is this: I know he's had multiple one night stands in the past and was living kind of a "player" life before we started dating (like, he's slept with a lot of girls...). I'm worried that type of lifestyle is still part of him, but hoping he's 'grown out of it'. Is it wrong of me to worry like that? When I think about his sexual past, it makes me feel like he doesn't value me as much or is interested in just sleeping around. I care about our relationship & just don't want him to cheat bc I know how bad it hurts.
