Prozac during pregnancy & breastfeeding

Hi all! I have suffered with Major Depressive disorder and generalized anxiety for a few years now. I was put on Prozac some time last year to help me with it. I got pregnant about 4 or 5 months after I got put on the medication. I haven’t taken it since I’ve been pregnant out of fear of the effects it could have on my baby. My primary care doctor told me it could cause withdrawals in the baby after birth, but my OBGYN seems to think otherwise. I have been struggling really bad with my Anxiety & Depression lately because of all the stress in my life and the added hormones due to pregnancy. Are there any mamas out there who have experience with taking Prozac during pregnancy (especially the 3rd trimester) who can give me some insight in their experience with it? Also, any breastfeeding moms out there who were on this while breastfeeding and your experience?
