Unusual pain in the right side near my ovary?
Not on my period but I have Mirena and I’ve had it for about 7 months. I’m supposed to get my period in a week or so but I’ve never experienced this pain. It’s kind of achy and feels like a muscle spasm but near my ovary. Could it be a cyst?
