Went for my first appointment. the ultrasound wasn't able to see the heart beat. I was told it may be too early. They offered a Transvaginal ultrasound, but I decided not to. I go back in 2 weeks. Should I be worried? The doctor seemed to think I would have seen a heart beat if I went with the transvaginal.
