So anxious, over whelmed and scared

Anyone else feel this way? I have a 14 Month old and we recently got pregnant again in July. Our second baby didn’t have a heartbeat so I had a d&c; September 15. I got my period about a week ago. We are ttc and I’m a wreck. All I think about is getting pregnant. And how I’ll be so devastated if I don’t get pregnant this month. Anyone else ever have this feeling? Ahhhhh 🙁
