Pumping
So my daughter and I have switched to exclusively pumping. Breastfeeding just wasn’t working for us but I do want to give her the nutrients of breast milk, plus it’s cheaper than formula. Anyway, can exclusively pumping lower your milk supply? I’m barely keeping up with her right now. And how could I bring my supply back up?
