Friend’s test

So my friend suffers from PCOS, and her husband and her have been trying to conceive for a couple years now. She has been having some symptoms of pregnancy, but has very irregular periods, so doesn’t know when it is due again. She took a test (blue dye unfortunately) and here is the picture. I don’t want to give her false hope, but feel like I see the start of something. It has been four weeks since her last period. Do you see anything? I am about to drive over to her house and give her a pink dye test lol
