Feel very depressed today

2 days of heavy bleeding and lighter but still ongoing today too. Just feel really down. Nhs direct said they didn't need to see me as they couldn't do anything so early, too early even for an internal scan (was 5 weeks when bleeding started), but to repeat a pregnancy test after a week. So now I feel like I'm bleeding less but can't even test to make sure and can't start trying again yet either and just feel so so sad :(
