Bleeding after triggershot ****TMI PHOTO***

After suffering miscarriage (with the help of clomid). I was diagnosed with PCOS in June since then we have had two cycles with clomid (which my body responded very slowly to) and triggershots which resulted in BFN. I have had another two cycles with a low dose of gonal f and triggershots and in both cycles I have mid cycle bleeding 36 hours after the injections this isn't a little bit of spotting or light bleeding, it lasts most of the day before going brown and then I start progesterone a day later. During my first cycle my gyno said not to worry and it shouldn't happen again but it has just happened in my second gonal f cycle and she isn't interested in seeing me to investigate until the end of my next period. My ovary that was due to ovulate is also quite sore 2 days later. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
