Donor Sperm/mTESE
After 3 SA's, 1 with a non-motile sperm found through centrifuge we decided to proceed with micro testicular sperm extraction (mTESE) and they unable to find any sperm.
Looking for any heterosexual couple that has used donor sperm. Any advice on coping? I feel like my heart is broken in a million pieces
I'm mid stims with egg retrieval potentially on the 25th
