Any ladies ??? TMI maybe

Okay ladies I need your help!! I have ALWAYS had a regular period . Glow has always been up to date and always on point with the day AF shows up . She isn't due until the 19th ( 2 days from now ) but she showed up today ... maybe . USUALLY I have horrible cramping and very very strong flow when she shows up. But today it has been mild cramping and spotting . When I wipe , it's light red blood , but on my bad it shows up brown . Also been having horrible diarrhea and bloating ... Any ladies had this happen? Is it just AF switching up? Input would be very helpful ladies , ☺️☺️
