HIIT workouts (like Insanity) during (early) pregnancy (well, and later)??
Hey ladies!! So I just found out that I’m pregnant this morning! Took a urine pregnancy test this AM and had a faint positive, took a digital urine pregnancy test and it was positive!! (YAY!!)
So now... my question is this: I’ve been doing insanity and similar workouts for the last 4.5 Years. Additionally, I have no medical problems that I know of. So, Can I continue to do my regular workouts, at least through the first trimester? Is that safe? What have you ladies experienced? Thanks in advance!! ❤️🙌
