Is hot yoga bad for TTC?

I am wondering if I should continue hot yoga while TTC.  I’ve read somewhere that it’s not the greatest thing for implantation. Is there any truth to it?

Hi! I love hot yoga and am TTC. I have heard that you’re not supposed to do yoga in the heat when pregnant but have heard nothing re: TTC.  I have heard that yoga and doing things that calm/center you is great while TTC so I would imagine it is ok to continue! Obviously ask your DR and yoga instructor but IMHO if it centers you, keeps you zen, and makes you happy keep it up (just drink extra water!)

Given that you'll be pregnant before you know you're pregnant, I'd avoid it during the tww. If AF shows, you'll still be able to do it before the next cycle.
