So I have been bleeding for 50 days straight and it has somewhat been light but I sometimes get these really heavy days like yesterday. Anyway I keep getting headaches that won’t go away even if I take ibuprofen or sinus medicine I can’t take many medicines because I have a problem with my liver enzymes. Anyway I am also really tired all the time like today I can barley stay awake I just keep falling asleep. I do feel lightheaded sometimes I get up but that’s it. I don’t know if my headaches are from a sinus issue or from me bleeding so much
