GI trouble after sex?? Anybody else??

Ok pals, so this has only happened 2 out of the many many times ive had sex with my boyfriend, months apart, but it is so debilitating. We will have sex and a little after, I start feeling cramps in my lower abdomen, it all fees very tight when I stretch. I feel like I have to poo and when I push to do the pain is so bad I feel it in my vagina. I took a suppository once and an enema the other time, and even with those, barely anything came out. Is it common for sex sometimes to make u feel tight and like u need to poo even though you don’t??? I read somewhere it can compress the rectum/colon and maybe that’s why. But the feeling stays for a couple days. Just wanted to know if this has happened to other people
