Weight loss & failure
I started weight watchers a few months ago. I've lost 15 lbs but I can't seem to stick with it. I eat when I'm an emotional eater and I don't know how to change that... Tips? I need to loss 100 lbs to be at the high range for my height 5'6 . I want to be healthy... And have no problem with having curves. Just not really loving myself at 200+ lbs. help :(
