Dating while going through a divorce

I was in a loveless, sexless, emotionless marriage for 2 years. I begged my husband for 1.5 years to help fix us with more communication, more sex, more together time and possibly marriage counseling. He wouldn’t do any of them.

In December, I gave up and mourned the relationship. I got used to being alone and knew I’d be fine without him.

I stuck it out to see if he’d change but he didn’t.

I asked for a divorce in July, we both moved out of the house, split our possessions and rarely talk now.

What I want to know is, when is it appropriate to date? Is it okay to date now, while still legally married and just waiting for the paper work to finalize or should I wait until it’s completely done then date?
