How safe was I after starting the pill....

I started the pill on day 3 of 4 of my period, on my doctors indication. However, we had unprotected sex 6 days after I started the process, and i even thought he did not cum inside, I can't help but feeling a bit worried, since I recently read about waiting 7 days to do it safely. Should I be worried?

The thing is I got sick on the past days and I've been feeling weird, including a bit of nauseas ( Is more like a uncomfortable thing, I know I wont throw)
