Please help

My baby is only 13 days old. She’s exclusively breastfeeding and generally a pretty good baby. I went with her to visit my grandparents for a few days and she was absolutely perfect, she was eating about every four hours and sleeping well. Now that we’re home she’s not sleeping well unless we hold her, she’s had gas that even with gas drops doesn’t go away, and she seems to be eating for shorter periods of time. I had a log on my phon of her feeding times but it got deleted, so I may be wrong but this is her last feeding, it’s now 3:28 pm.

She was up basically all night. She’s made diaper count so I don’t know what to do. Her two week appointment is tomorrow. 😞😞😞 —- also her stomach seems bloated
