im such a bad mom

i feel so bad and worried i was unloading the dishes with one hand and holding my 8 week old on my hip she arched her back and her head flew back im so worried now that i hurt her 😢 i dont know what i was thinking and why i didnt put her down i just wanted her by my side becuase she is sick with a bladder infection. i hope she is ok never can catch a break in my head on tip of counting diapers to make sure she is peeing and eating right she is breastfed so im worrying it that im not getting enough supply that caused her bladder infection
