Frustrated before letdown HELP
I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding until last week when I started back at work. Baby is getting a bottle during the day at daycare. Now she is getting frustrated when nursing because she is impatient waiting for the letdown. Is there anything I can do to speed up letdown? Or any advice on this matter? I know I can’t be the only one going through this 😩😩
