Advice please! IUI or IVF??

We have been trying almost 4 years. Just seen a Specialist in July. All blood work great. Semen analysis great. Had a polyp removed from my uterus. This is my second month on Letrozole. I’m thinking I need to go further with treatment but I’m stuck on if I should try IUI it go straight to IVF. Anyone have similar situation? What did you do or wish you would have done?

I ovulate on my own unmedicated. He isn’t
Monitoring me. I just feel like I’m wasting time trying without IUI or something. After this long I feel like I’m gonna need something more.

This depends on you and your partner’s age as well. If under 35 then I’d suggest give IUI a chance or two before moving on to IVF. HTH

If they can’t find a problem then hormones and IUI are definitely worth a shot

How is the second round going? Are they monitoring you with ultrasounds? I got pregnant my second round at 5mgs with one follicle that grew to 22mm! I would say if it doesn't work on the third round ask your specialist if you could do a round with IUI (if your ovulating on the medication) if not maybe switch to clomid and see how your body reacts with clomid?
