I  am thinking of buying a waist trainer and i want to know if it will really make my waist small and should i wear it all the time or only when i work out?

I did it for a while and it actually made my waist super tiny now that I’m pregnant I’m not as tiny but still I have my curves. Hope this helps!

i have one. save your money and change some habits i wore mine for like 2 months every day for about 8 hours it helps a little. you lose your waste if you quit training.

I wear mines all the time around the house. It’s recommended to wear after liposuction and transfer fat. And I got mine in February. Otherwise it’s just holding you in while your wearing it. That’s it
