Anxiety tips? 😥
Hello mama's. I am in my 2nd trimester and my hormones have been like a roller coaster lately 🎢🙄 I had anxiety before I was pregnant but now that I'm preggers it seems to magnify my anxiety times ten! I bite the skin off around my nails and I have done it to the point where they're raw and bleeding 😞 I don't even notice when I start and it drives me crazy because its so unsightly and hurts. I also find myself running these thoughts through my head at 100mph and I wind up with a knot in my stomach all day and these impeding-doom thoughts that I can't shake. Any tips on how you have dealt with hormone-driven anxiety? Thank you in advance ladies 💕
