Possible Thyroid Condition - worried....

I don't want to make this longer than it should be, so i'm going to just cut to the chase... For some time now (talking months) I have had all kinds of symptoms, all at a moderate level of pain and discomfort. Symptoms including constant headaches, migraines, nausea with vomiting, sore hands and feet, sporadic weight changes over days and weeks (never going below 9stone nor going above 9 and a half), dizziness, bloatedness, IBS, constant hot flushes, constant tiredness... To name a few - Over the past week or so these have all been to an extreme level and checked myself into A+E. I have now been told I have a urinary infection (severe) - but without the vaginal discomfort, everything seems normal down tbere, and I now have to undergo blood tests and further assesments for my thyroid and possible anaemia. I'm totally worried about this. Could this be the reason Ive not been able to conceive? Will I ever conceive if tests come back positive to having thyroid problems and/or anaemia? We just want all of this to go away and be able to have a baby :(
