anyone experienced this??
I don't know when I ovulated but have a regular 28 day cycle I'm due my period in 9 days have been checking my cervix and cf so have checked my cervix tonight and it's high and closed but not long after I got what I can only describe as a electric shock on my right side and now feeling crampy does anyone know what this is or experienced this never had this before after checking my cervix
