Cervical polyp??

Question

Anyone with experience with a cervical polyp while pregnant? I spot bright red blood when I go #2 or lift anything even moderately heavy. Not to mention sex looks like a murder scene. I went to my OB who cauterized the area and now it’s worse and bleeds for absolutely no reason at all. I was told I could have surgery after delivery to have it removed but I’m so frustrated I have this bleeding all of the time. 16 weeks in and 24 to go. :(

On top of having a very durable cervix, I have an ectropion and I spot red every time I  strain when I have a bm or if I do exercises. Doctor said it’s was very frequent and due to the pregnancy/hormones and nothing was to be done about it. It’ll most likely disappear once I give birth. It’s annoying but at least I know it’s not affecting the baby or the pregnancy at all and I don’t have a heart attack every time I see some red on the tp anymore...
