Ovulation after miscarriage

Anyone have an anovulatory cycle the immediate cycle after a miscarraige? I had an early m/c and I feel like I'm ovulating have the cm and all, but all opks are neg. I usually temp but took a break after m/c since I ran a low grade fever for a bit due to hormonal changes, etc. TIA!
