Anyone?

So I had my first miscarriage 2 months ago now. My period came late this month so I tested and got 2 positives. Today I had a little bit of blood and now I'm having cramps that feel exactly like when I miscarried. Has anyone had back to back miscarriages? Could I really be getting pregnant and just not able to carry. Ever since I got off depo (a year ago) my body has been so out of whack.
