I have just done a test and it is positive

I have just done a test and it is positive!! Omg I am so excited. Husband won’t be home for a few hours so I have to somehow keep it to myself until then. I only did a test because my heart rate has changed, and my husband kept commenting how beautiful I have been looking - which is the first sign I was pregnant with our first. I am shaking! Only had one period after coming off the implanon. Still breastfeeding our son and I had noticed some nipple pain but thought it was due to period being due. Sooooooo happy right now!
