Infection under toenail during pregnancy?

Ladies-
I just discovered what looks like an infection under my toenails (so gross!) and I'm framing out. It doesn't look as if it's real bad, but just by doing a few searches on the net it looks very similar to your common infection. How can I treat this?  I'm calling doc in the morning but anyone ever have this?

Call and see what your doctor says. But Im very prone to ingrown toe nails (have had then cut the nail out about 4 times now) 😒 sooo, I have to keep an eye on it and regularly soak my feet in Epsom salt. If I feel like it sometimes I do a mixture of hot water, epsom salt, baking soda and hydrogen oxide. Usually does the trick because I'm allergic to the antibiotic they usually try to give me.

I had an ingrown toenail that got infected. They had to numb my foot with a numbing agent then a shot then had to cut it out and put me on antibiotics afterwards. But that's because it was ingrown. I was not pregnant.
