Need help ASAP

So we’ve been trying to conceive for a few months now. Well my period no showed on the 18th which was the day it was due according to glow i ovulated the seventh, funky thing happened tonight while baby dancing we were fine and then out of nowhere I had some cramps and like an ache kind of in my lower abdomen I took a test it was negative, am I crazy? Or what’s going on, I’m freaking out sex has never hurt also, I noticed I wasn’t as wet as normal I’m sitting in a luke warm bath trying to figure out what could be going on any one else ever have this happen please help!
