Is it safe to have sex everyday while pregnant ?? And if not how many times should i have sex like once a week or what?

Sex is usually good for the baby. Discussing how often should be with your doctor but I have an app and it told us this yesterday about the baby can supposedly feel rocking during intercourse  and stuff. Idk how true it is but yep!
