Sore breasts 1yr after breast augmentation ? Sign of pregnancy

Hi all, sorry in advance it’s a bit long...I had my breast augmentation exactly 12months ago. Not officially TTC just seeing what happens.

BD’d on ovulation day only.

nauseous since about 5/6dpo

cramps 5&6dpo which I never have. I already have a daughter, tested 12dpo last time due to nausea and fatigue and got a bfp.

Confused as nipples seem sensitive but where my scars are (under boobs) I’m having stabbing pain on both sides.

So nauseous but have had a lot of anxiety recently which has caused nausea in the past. Very fatigued last night (now 11dpo) but I went on a 6.4mile run. Feel like it’s all in my head. 🙈
