so so confused n dnt kno what to do

this week I found out I was pregnant so I went to the Dr n they confirmed that I was bt the problem is I'm not sure how far along I am of course the Dr did a ultrasound n they said I'm under 5 weeks bt if they where goin by my miss period I'm 8 weeks I'm so confused I keep having cramps it hurts when me n my partner have sex I'm not sure if I want it my emotions are everywhere my breast are sore. the good thing is this would be on my mom side the first grandchild n the first great grandchild... I'm jus so confused I want to tell my mom bt I don't want to tell her if I'm not keeping it oh I'm 29 n I stay out of state I jus need some Insight on what I should do
