Hello fellow Glow gals!

My husband and I just recently started TTC and I’m trying to get a feel on prenatal vitamins during pregnancy. I’ve read that a lot of women take them and others are opposed for different reasons, major one is that they make you very nauseous.

Comment below if you feel that taking a prenatal is crucial or if you did not take prenatals (or only folic acid) during pregnancy and everything went well with baby.

My question is, if you eat a well balanced diet that includes enough folic acid, iron, calcium, etc, isn’t that enough for baby? I’m not really into putting anything into my body that doesn’t need to be there.
