How does one find not only motivation, but the dedication to work out routinely? My boyfriend and I have been saying for a year straight, "we need to start working out." We have a decent home gym and our Uni has a huge, nice gym we have full access to. So we have no excuses. We might workout for a week at most then fall back. Since we're both in decent shape I just don't think it's a priority. How have you guys found the motivation to stick with it??
