TTC for 6 years

AF came today and I'm really depressed for the one millionth time. Want to go to a fertility clinic but they are telling me that I am still young bla bla bla..(I'm 26 years old) the point is, receiving treatment where I am from seems out of reach. I still don't want to give up hope so this month when I try, I would like to try and new tips that I can! I'm already using ovulation tests so anything else is there anything else I can do to help me to conceive???? Pleaseeee help!
