Six days before giving birth

Seven days after birth ... never in a million years did I think I would be making this post but after all my and my body have been through... I'm proud damnit 😋🤷🏻‍♀️

I had zero expectations of my body bouncing back on it's own at all... I anticipated the worse to prepare myself for what might be to come, I know sometimes it can take a long time for our bellies to go down even a little after holding our little ones for nine whole months! I have learned to appreciate my body for what it is, and not have unrealistic expectations. I'm so happily surprised to have a better perspective than I expected, and honestly to not give as many fucks as I thought I would!! 🤷🏻‍♀️ thank you body, for creating my perfect little girl and getting me through labor, you're perfect just how you are
