Threatened miscarriage

Has anyone been diagnosed with a possible threatened miscarriage? I started spotting Sunday just for a hour not consistent and just pink so very little same thing Tuesday then Wednesday I filled a pad and a half with red blood no clots and no cramping got a bunch of ultrasounds done and they could see a yolk sac but no heartbeat, they said it could be because it’s still so little...so I have to go back in a week in hopes of a healthy beating heartbeat and some development growth. I’ve just been spotting since Wednesday on and off still red but not filling a pad and still no cramps...has anyone experienced anything similar? If you pray please pray for me and my baby, I’ve been trying to stay positive but can’t help and cry when I think about it🙏🏼💛
