Husband and I are looking to relocate

We live in Virginia Beach. We do not have degrees yet, but have years of experience in retail.

We are looking to get out of that line of work.

My husband has years of experience in help desk experience. He's an IT major.

Virginia Beach sucks for jobs. We have lived here for over 5 years now and are pretty much in the same position we were 5 years ago.

Anywhere with a high demand for help desk technicians that don't require a degree or certifications?
