Already tired of waiting!

I feel silly posting this as my journey has only just begun... i started on the pill about 10 years ago and last year in June experienced 60 days of bleeding. Everything checked out fine and with a 10 day course of hormones the bleeding stopped. When the course was over (as expected) the break through bleeding began. Two days later I got nexplanon in and did not have a drop of blood for 16 months. I had it removed September 25th and assured my doctor that I wouldn’t go crazy right away but... I lied lol. I expected my period to start after the hormones tapered off and nothing 🤔. About 4 days later I started opk’s and after 10 days of testing (and 7 “high” days) I got a peak this past Sunday. I’m also temping and experienced a drop to match now I’m trying to not test too early but this is all I think about. We kept waiting for the stars to align and now that they have I’m past ready for a new addition. Also I know that many of you have been on this journey for a while so this feels small but my family doesn’t talk TTC and my best friend gets pregnant if you look at her so even though it’s early and I have nothing to worry about I needed to get this out.
