10 days late and BFN???

Alright I'm 10 days late and I've taken 2 test and both were negative. What does it mean and what should I do? Advice!!!

I would way a few days and see if you get your AF and if you don't, test again.

Still no AF. I mean I am not complaining because I hate having a period but I wanna know what's going on! I have been so nauseous every night around the same time. I'm having hot flashes. Ive been so tired! I feel exactly the same was I did last time I was pregnant 5 years ago. I just wish it would show on a test. But my mom was pregnant for 4 months before it would show on a test.
